This policy explains what we collect through the Site and our own marketing, how we use it and your choices.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Audit request form: your name, email, website or funnel address, what you need most, and anything you write in the message box.
• Booking a call: the details the booking form asks for, such as your name, email and the time you choose.
• Checklist signup: your email address.
• Emails you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver and protect the Site.
• The self-check and revenue calculator run in your browser. We don’t receive or save what you enter there.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your audit request, schedule and hold your call, and send the checklist when it’s ready.
• To email you about the checklist and our services, only if you signed up for the checklist or asked to hear from us.
• To run, secure and improve the Site, and to keep records the law requires, such as unsubscribe records.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.

4. Emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing takes one step. We honor it within 10 business days and usually within 2 days. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-email list so we don’t email you again. We may still reply to messages you send us.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

6. If we work together

If you become a client, information and system access you share for the work are covered by our signed agreement with you, including how we protect, return and delete it.

7. How long we keep it

• Audit requests, bookings and emails: [24 months] after our last contact, unless we start working together.
• Checklist signups: until you unsubscribe or [24 months] after our last email to you, whichever comes first.
• Unsubscribe records: indefinitely, so we keep honoring them. After that, we delete or de-identify the information.

8. How we protect it

We limit access to people who need it, use two-step login where available, and use service providers with their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@rocksteadymarketers.com or writing to our PO Box. We’ll confirm the request comes from you and respond within [45] days.

10. Children

The Site is for business owners. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also tell people on our email list.
