1. Who we are

By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site describes our consulting services, offers free tools and a free checklist, and lets you request an audit or book a call. These terms cover use of the Site only.

Our consulting work is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign. Prices, scope and timelines on the Site are a general description, not an offer. The exact work, price, timeline and terms are set only in that signed agreement. If the signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement wins.

3. Requesting an audit or booking a call

• Sending the audit request form or booking a call doesn’t create a contract or a consulting relationship. We’ll reply to talk about fit, scope and price.
• When you send us information, you confirm it’s accurate and that you’re allowed to share it.
• Please don’t send passwords or confidential business data through the Site forms. If we work together, we’ll agree in writing on how access and data are handled before we review your systems.
• Audit refunds: if you buy the $997 Funnel & Marketing Audit, you can get a full refund any time before work starts. Work starts when you give us access to your accounts (such as your funnel, email platform or analytics). After that, the audit fee isn’t refundable.
• Booking: times are reserved through HighLevel. To reschedule or cancel, [RESCHEDULE / CANCEL POLICY: Michael to decide, for example “use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours ahead”].

4. Free tools: self-check and revenue calculator

The self-check and the revenue calculator run in your browser. They give a general score or simple arithmetic based on what you enter. They aren’t a prediction, a quote or a promise of results.

5. Free checklist

The Funnel Leak Checklist is general information for business owners, provided “as is.” It isn’t legal, tax, financial or professional advice. You may use it in your own business. Please don’t sell, republish or redistribute it.

6. No guarantee of results

We don’t promise any specific revenue, conversion, deliverability or other results. Results depend on many things we don’t control. The results described on the Site are our founder’s own work history from past roles. They aren’t typical or a promise of what you’ll get. The companies named on the Site don’t endorse or sponsor us.

7. AI tools and automation

We use software and AI tools in our own work, and we set up AI agents and automations for clients with a human approval step. Any AI or automation work for you is described, and governed, by the signed agreement for that work.

8. Using the Site

Please don’t use the Site to break the law, submit someone else’s information without permission, send spam, interfere with the Site, or scrape it in bulk.

9. Our content

The Site’s text, design, logo, photos, tools and checklist belong to Rocksteady Marketing LLC or its licensors. Except as section 5 allows, please don’t copy or republish them without our permission. Other companies’ names and product names belong to their owners.

10. No warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SITE, ITS TOOLS, THE CHECKLIST AND ALL INFORMATION ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Limits on our liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE AREN’T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS TOOLS OR THE CHECKLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO [$100]. This section doesn’t apply to paid consulting work, which is covered by the signed agreement. 12. Links to other sites

Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, are for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.

13. Governing law and courts

Idaho law governs these terms. You and we may bring a claim about the Site in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. 14. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
